Deputy Manager - Civil Construction

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Degree in Civil/Construction from a recognized University/Institution.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification executive experience, including training/trainee period if any, in Power/Steel/Refinery/Fertilizer/Oil & Gas/Cement sector, including at least 3 years of site experience in Civil Construction.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.

Assistant Officer - Safety
- Vacancy: 04 (SC - 01, ST - 03)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Production, Chemical, Construction or Instrumentation from a recognized University/Institution.
- Additional Qualification: Diploma/Advanced Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety from Central Labour Institute / Regional Labour Institute, Government of India.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
- Pay Scale: E0 Grade, ₹30,000 - ₹1,20,000.
NTPC Recruitment 2026 - Experience Requirement for Government/Public Sector Employees
For Deputy Manager posts, candidates currently working in Government/Public Sector Undertakings must have at least 2 years of experience in the E3 grade or above / equivalent pay scale of ₹60,000 - ₹1,80,000 out of the required 8 years of executive experience.
For the Assistant Manager post, candidates currently working in Government/Public Sector Undertakings must have at least 2 years of experience in E2 grade or above / equivalent pay scale of ₹50,000 - ₹1,60,000 out of the required 5 years of experience.
Such candidates are required to provide an NOC from their current employer while applying.
NTPC Recruitment 2026 - Selection Process
NTPC may conduct a multi-stage selection process depending on the number of applications received and the recruitment requirements. The selection process may include:

- Personal Interview
- Combination of the above stages, as decided by NTPC

NTPC Recruitment 2026 - Medical Examination
Before joining, selected candidates will have to undergo medical examination by the NTPC Medical Board/Officer. The decision of the Medical Board/Officer will be final and binding.
