Lab Technician
- Intermediate and Diploma/Certified Course in MLT or equivalent.
- Must be registered with the Telangana Paramedical Board.
Staff Nurse
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing.
- Must be registered with the Nursing Council for Telangana State.
ANM
- Must have passed Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Female) Training Course and be registered with the Telangana State Nurses and Midwives Council.
- OR must have passed Intermediate Vocational Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Female) Training Course with the required one-year clinical/apprenticeship training and be registered with the Telangana Paramedical Board.
Anesthetist
- MBBS with MD in Anaesthesiology or DNB in Anaesthesia from a recognized university or institution.
- Must be registered with the Telangana State Medical Council.
OBG Specialist
- MBBS with a PG Degree or Diploma such as MS (OBG), MD (Gynaecology), DGO or DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology from a recognized institution.

Senior DOTS Plus TB HIV
- Bachelor Degree or recognized Sanitary Inspector's Course.
- Certificate Course in Computer Operation of minimum 2 months.
- Permanent two-wheeler driving licence.
- Preferential qualifications include Tuberculosis Health Visitors recognized course, Government-recognized Degree/Diploma in Social Work or Medical Social Work, and MPHW course.
OT Technician
- Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology (DOTT) or Diploma in Medical Sterilization Management and OT Technology, typically a two-year course.

DMHO Nalgonda Recruitment 2026 Application Fee
Every applicant has to pay a ₹200/- registration fee.
The fee can be paid through Demand Draft drawn from any nationalized bank in favour of District Medical and Health Officer, Nalgonda, or through cash as specified in the notification.
DMHO Nalgonda Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
For positions other than MLHP, merit lists will be prepared separately for each category of post. A total of 100 marks will be considered, with 90 marks based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and 10 marks awarded for age.
Age weightage is calculated from 18 years of age, with 0.5 mark for each completed year of age, subject to a maximum of 10 marks. The age will be reckoned as on 01 July 2026.
The merit list will be prepared based on the prescribed criteria and displayed on the official website of the concerned District Collector for transparency and inviting objections. The selection list will then be prepared from the finalized merit list following the applicable reservation rules.

DMHO Nalgonda Recruitment 2026 Job Details
The appointments are on Contract or Outsourcing basis for a period of one year or until the actual need ceases, whichever is earlier. The posts are purely temporary and are not permanent or regular Government posts.
Candidates selected under outsourcing mode will be appointed through an outsourcing agency. The selected candidates may also have to perform tours. Their performance will be evaluated from time to time.
