The Office of the District Basic Education Officer, Badaun has invited applications for vacant posts in Kasturba Gandhi Residential Girls' Schools (KGBVs) operating in Badaun district. The recruitment covers teaching and non-teaching positions in KGBVs for Classes 6 to 8 and Classes 9 to 12.

Post-wise Eligibility and Qualification

PGT Hindi

Candidates should have an MA in Hindi with BA including Sanskrit or the specified Shastri qualification from Government Sanskrit College, Varanasi / Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, Varanasi. The post carries a monthly honorarium of ₹22,000.

PGT Mathematics

The required qualification includes MA or MSc in Mathematics, or the specified three-year Mathematics course with B.A. (Honours) or B.Sc. (Honours).

PGT Chemistry

The qualification includes MSc in Chemistry, or B.Sc. (Honours) with a three-year Chemistry course, or a postgraduate degree in Biochemistry from a UGC-recognized university/degree college. The advertisement also specifies the alternative of B.Sc. with a postgraduate diploma in Chemistry conducted by the Education Department, Uttar Pradesh.

PGT Physics

Selected full-time female teachers, Caretakers, Head Cooks, Peons, Chowkidars and Assistant Cooks are required to reside within the school campus because these are full-time positions.
