HP High Court Recruitment 2026 Eligibility
Librarian
- Graduation with Post Graduate Diploma in Library Science, or Bachelor/Master's Degree in Library Science.
- Three years' experience as Library Attendant or on a higher post in the related field in any reputed organization including public institution.
- Final merit list will be drawn on the basis of marks obtained in the written test.
Peon
- Passed Matriculation from a recognized Board.
- Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:3 for Evaluation/Document Verification.
- Shortlisting is based on Matriculation marks and evaluation marks.
Mali
- Passed Matriculation from a recognized Board.
- Three years' experience in gardening, etc.
- Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:3 for Evaluation/Document Verification.
- Final merit list will be based on educational qualification and evaluation marks.
Cook-cum-Attendant
- Passed Matriculation from a recognized Board.
- Three years' experience in cooking in a government undertaking or reputed hotel.
- Preference will be given to persons acquainted with local customs and dialects where they are to be deployed.
- Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:3 for Evaluation/Document Verification.
- Final merit list will be based on educational qualification and evaluation marks.

HP High Court Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
Librarian Selection
The final merit list for the Librarian post will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the written test. Recruitment will be conducted through competitive examination as prescribed under the relevant R&P Rules.
Group-D Selection
For Peon, Mali and Cook-cum-Attendant posts, candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:3 for Evaluation/Document Verification.
Educational qualification marks are calculated out of 85 marks, while 15 marks are awarded for evaluation. The final merit list is prepared based on educational qualification and evaluation marks.
