National Housing Bank (NHB) has invited applications for recruitment of officers in various scales on regular, contractual and deputation basis. General Manager (Information Technology) - Deputation

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science / Information Technology.
• Officer in the rank of DGM [TEG Scale VI] and above in Public Sector Banks.
• Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in the IT Department.
• Current posting should be in the IT Department.
• Maximum age: 56 years as on 01 September 2026.

Deputy General Manager (Human Resource) - Deputation

• MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR).
• Officer in the rank of AGM [SMG Scale V] and above in Public Sector Banks.
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in the HR Department.
• Current posting should be in the HR Department.
• Maximum age: 56 years as on 01 September 2026.

Assistant General Manager (Accounts)

• Chartered Accountant / Cost and Management Accountant / MBA (Finance) or PGDM (Finance).
• Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks, All India Financial Institutions or Public Sector Undertakings.
• Minimum 8 years of experience should be in corporate taxation, GST, TDS, balance sheet, regulatory reporting and related activities.
• Minimum age: 33 years.
• Maximum age: 55 years as on 01 September 2026.

Manager (Human Resource)

• MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR).
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management in Scheduled Commercial Banks, Housing Finance Companies, Non-Banking Financial Companies, All India Financial Institutions or Public Sector Undertakings.
• Minimum age: 25 years.
• Maximum age: 35 years as on 01 September 2026.

Manager (Legal)

• LLB / LLM.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks, Housing Finance Companies, Non-Banking Financial Companies or law firms.
• Experience should include title investigation reports, property laws, SARFAESI, DRT and recovery laws.
• Minimum age: 25 years.
• Maximum age: 35 years as on 01 September 2026.

Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary) - Contract

• Graduate degree with Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in Banks, All India Financial Institutions, Regulated Lending Entities, Public Sector Undertakings or entities listed on Stock Exchanges.
• The candidate must have been designated Company Secretary / Assistant Company Secretary during the course of their career.
• Minimum age: 33 years.
• Maximum age: 55 years as on 01 September 2026.

NHB Recruitment 2026 Salary

The contractual Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary) post carries a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹3.50 lakh, with housing and conveyance as per entitlement. The contract period is three years.

The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview.

If the number of eligible applicants is high, NHB may conduct preliminary screening followed by a Group Discussion for shortlisting candidates for interview.
