Job Responsibilities

• Facilitating bank linkage for Self Help Groups (SHGs).
• Assisting in financial literacy activities.
• Providing support for insurance related services.
• Helping SHG members in availing individual enterprise loans.
• Supporting digital financial services and related activities.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates should have passed 12th Standard.
• Candidates should be able to read, write and calculate properly in Tamil and basic English.
• In hilly areas, candidates who passed 10th Standard may be considered if 12th pass candidates are not available.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicant should be a member of Women Self Help Group (SHG).
• Should have minimum 2 years experience as SHG Animator or representative.
• Candidate should not be employed as full-time worker in any organization.
• Applicants with pending bank loan defaults are not eligible.
• Candidates should belong to the concerned local Panchayat area.
• Knowledge of banking activities and loan processing is preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates having two wheeler driving skills and Android mobile handling knowledge.

Honorarium Details

Selected Community Bank Coordinators will receive a monthly honorarium of Rs. 2,500/-.
