The Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) has released the GSRTC Conductor Recruitment 2026 notification for 4,318 vacancies across Gujarat. Candidates who have passed Class 12 and possess a valid Conductor License, Conductor Badge, and basic computer knowledge certificate can apply online through the OJAS portal from 06 June 2026 to 05 July 2026. Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly salary of ₹26,000 for five years, with the possibility of regular appointment thereafter. The selection process includes an OMR-based written examination, merit list preparation, document verification, and final selection.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed Class 12 (10+2) from a recognized board.
• Applicants must possess a valid Conductor License issued by the Regional Transport Office (RTO).
• A valid conductor badge is mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge certificate is required as per Gujarat Government norms.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years

Age Relaxation

• General Female: 5 Years
• Reserved Category Male: 5 Years
• Reserved Category Female: 10 Years
• PwBD Candidates: Up to 15–20 Years as per category
• Ex-Servicemen: As per government rules
• Maximum age after relaxation shall not exceed 45 years.
