• MBBS certificate from MCI recognized institution with 1 year compulsory internship
• West Bengal Medical Council Registration Certificate
• OBC (non-creamy layer) certificate (if applicable)
• Disability Certificate for PWD (if applicable)
• Income & Asset Certificate for EWS (if applicable)
• Proof of Identity (Passport/Voter ID/PAN)
• Proof of Address (Passport/Voter ID/Aadhaar)
