Mode Of Selection

• The decision of the Interview Board will be final on all aspects of selection and no further correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances.
• The selection is subject to the candidates proving their medical fitness and verification of their character & antecedents.

How to Apply ESIC Various Vacancy Walk in 2025

• The eligible and willing candidates may submit their application form to the office of the Medical Superintendent ESIC Hospital Baddi H.P. for walk-in-interview along with duly filled in application form (Attached). The candidate shall come along with original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies of the relevant certificates/documents in support of Age, Qualification, Category, and Experience, MCI / State Registration and two recent passport size photographs at the time of interview

Important Instructions

• No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview and joining purpose.
• In case of selection the candidate shall have to pay Rs. 40000/- (Rupees forty Thousand) only as security deposit through Demand Draft in favour of ESIC Fund Account No. 1 payable at Baddi at the time of joining, which is refundable after successful completion of contract period production of “No dues certificate”.
• In case of selection the candidate shall have to enter into as agreement with the Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital, Baddi on a stamp paper (Non-Judicial) of Rs. 100/- The Stamp Paper will be borne by the candidate as a first party.
• The competent authority reserves the right to fill up all or not to fill up any post without assigning any reason thereof.
• Vacancies are likely to change depending upon actual requirement at the time of interview.
• All the candidates are advised to bring dully filled Application Form in prescribed proforma (provided with the advertisement on website) with self-attested photograph affixed on it along with necessary self-attested copy of certificates towards educational qualifications, experience.
