AIIMS Guwahati Senior Residents Notification 2025 : Age Limits

• Up to 45 years
• Age Relaxation is Applicable as per Rules.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates Should Posses DNB, M.Sc, M.Phil/Ph.D, Master of Dental Surgery, MS/MD

Salary

• Level 11 of the Pay Matrix of 7th CPC (₹67,700 per month) plus usual Central Govt. allowances.
• NPA admissible for medical candidates only.

Mode Of Selection

• Based on the online Applications and further scrutiny, the Interview will be conducted after verifying the application and requisite documents of the candidates. List of eligible candidates will be uploaded in the Institute website. The selection of the candidates will be based on their performance in the interview only.
• The candidate can apply for more than one post out of enlisted Departments. However, to apply for more than one post, he/she is required to fill in the attached form separately along with application fees.
• The merit list for all categories i.e., UR / EWS / OBC/ SC / ST (selected and waiting list) shall be prepared on the basis of personal interview.
• Selected candidates will have to report for document verification following which the offers of appointment will be issued to the successful candidates subject to Verification of their documents and found in order.
• Any vacancy arising because of non-joining of the selected candidates in this selection or on resignation of candidates; selected post will be offered to the candidates from waiting list according to their merit list. All applicants must provide phone numbers and e-mail for faster communication.
• Qualification/Experience/Age/etc. will be considered up to the date of publication of this notification in institute website.

• Apply online through the AIIMS Guwahati official website (https://aiimsguwahati.ac.in).
• Register with a valid email ID and fill the online application form.
• Upload required documents: Photo, signature, educational/experience certificates.
• Pay application fee online; print application form and payment receipt.
• Applications for multiple departments require separate forms and fees.

Important Instructions

• All the posts carry usual allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees of similar status at Guwahati (Assam).
• The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respects can submit their application online in the prescribed format attached herewith along with self-attested copies of certificates/documents in support of fulfilling the essential criteria of age, educational qualification, teaching/research experiences etc.
• In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, he/she is required to fill in the attached form separately along with application fees.
• Pay Scale: - Level 11 of the Pay Matrix of 7th CPC (pre-revised pay band-3, Rs 15,600/- + 6,600/- (GP) with entry pay of Rs. 67,700/- per month plus usual allowance as admissible. Allowance and perks will be admissible as per the rules besides Pay & NPA (for medical candidates only)
• Maximum Age-limit: - Not exceeding 45 (Forty-five) years as on the date of publishing this notification in Institute website.
• The candidates are to satisfy all eligibility criteria. They must possess the educational qualification and experiences as recognized by the Govt. of India. Their candidature will be cancelled at any stage if it is found that their educational qualification is not recognized by the Govt. of India.
