Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science from any university established by law in India.
• Certificate of CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) issued by DOEACC Society / NIELIT.
• Only candidates who appeared in PET-2025 and have a valid normalized score card issued by UPSSSC are eligible to apply for the Main Exam.
• Candidates who scored zero or negative marks (absolute or normalized) in PET-2025 will NOT be shortlisted.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 40 Years (as on 1st July of the recruitment year)
• Age relaxation as per Government of India / UP Government rules for reserved categories.

Application Fee

Selection Process

• Shortlisting Based on PET-2025 Normalized Score (15 times the number of vacancies)
• Written Main Examination (Objective Type, 100 Questions, 100 Marks, 2 Hours)
• Negative Marking: 1/4th (25%) marks deducted per wrong answer
• Document Verification

Final selection will be based on merit in the written main examination. The shortlisting for the main exam will be done based on the normalized score of PET-2025.

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates must have appeared in PET-2025 and must possess a valid score card issued by UPSSSC.
• Login will be done using PET-2025 Registration Number via OTP sent to registered mobile/email.
• EWS candidates must possess EWS certificate issued between 01-04-2026 and 28-07-2026 based on income of FY 2025-26, valid for FY 2026-27.
• Candidates who have already completed one year or more of job/training experience after qualification are not eligible.
• Only UP domicile candidates are eligible for reserved category benefits.
• For female candidates of UP, only caste certificate issued from the father's side will be valid.

2. Click on the relevant advertisement under the Live Advertisement Segment on the Homepage.
3. Login using your PET-2025 Registration Number via OTP sent to your registered mobile/email.
4. Fill in the required details, upload documents, and complete the application form.
5. Pay the application fee online via Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking / UPI or SBI e-Challan before 28-07-2026.
6. Submit the form and download / print the application for future reference.
7. Fee reconciliation can be done up to 04-08-2026 if needed.

Important Instructions

• Only Indian Nationals domiciled in Uttar Pradesh are eligible for reserved category benefits.
• The last date to submit the application and fee payment is 28-07-2026; no application or fee will be accepted after this date.
• Candidates must download and print their application form after successful fee payment.
• Application form correction (limited fields) is allowed up to 04-08-2026 only.
• Main Exam fee will be charged separately at the time of downloading the Main Exam admit card.
• Male candidates with more than one living wife, and female candidates married to a man having a living wife, are not eligible unless exempted by the Governor.

• Candidates found guilty of malpractice or misconduct will be debarred from all UPSSSC exams and selections.
