Samagra Shiksha Assam Recruitment 2026 Qualification
The educational qualification and experience requirements differ according to the post.
Additional Resource Person (ARP)
Candidates should be Graduates from a recognized University and must possess a minimum one-year Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability with a valid RCI CRR number.
Candidates must also have at least 3 years of working experience in any Government Organization or NGO working in the field of disability, SSA or DPEP.
Assistant Additional Resource Person (AARP)
Candidates should be Graduates from a recognized University and must possess a minimum one-year Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability with a valid RCI CRR number.
Working experience in a Government Organization or NGO working in the field of disability, SSA or DPEP is given preference.
Special Educator
Candidates should have a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University and must possess either a Special B.Ed. or a one-year Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability recognized by RCI, along with a valid RCI CRR number.
Candidates must also have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in any Government Organization or NGO working in the field of disability, SSA or DPEP.
Samagra Shiksha Assam Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
The candidate should be at least 18 years old and not more than 62 years old as on 01 January 2026.
The age will be calculated on the basis of the Matriculation/HSLC Admit Card or certificate issued by a recognized Board/Council. No other document will be accepted in place of the specified age-proof document.

Samagra Shiksha Assam Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
Only eligible candidates will be called for the Test/Interview. The exact date and time will be communicated separately to shortlisted candidates.
The marking pattern will consider General Awareness, Personality & Aptitude, Subject Matter in the Relevant Field and Relevant Experience. Candidates have to obtain at least 50% of the total marks in the interview to be shortlisted.

For the ARP and AARP posts, preference is given to certain candidates having the requisite qualification.
