BEL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 - Walk-in for 29 Graduate, Diploma & ITI Posts

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Navi Mumbai has released a notification for the engagement of Graduate, Diploma and ITI Apprentices. A total of 29 apprentice vacancies are available under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) and National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS).

The apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year. The monthly stipend is up to Rs. 17,500, depending on the apprentice category and discipline. The walk-in interview will be conducted on 22 October 2026 for Graduate/Diploma Apprentices and 23 October 2026 for ITI Apprentices.

BEL Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026

Graduate Apprentice positions are available in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, B.Sc., B.Com. and B.A.

BEL Diploma Apprentice Recruitment 2026

Diploma Apprentice vacancies are available in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

BEL ITI Apprentice Recruitment 2026

ITI Apprentice positions are available in seven trades.

BEL Apprentice Eligibility 2026

Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

For Graduate Apprentices in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science/Information Technology, candidates should have passed a 4-year B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant branch from an AICTE or Government of India recognized institution on or after 01 October 2023.

For Graduate Apprentices in B.Sc., B.Com. and B.A., candidates should have completed the relevant 3-year degree from an AICTE/Government of India recognized institution on or after 01 October 2023.

Diploma candidates should have passed the relevant diploma qualification from an AICTE or Government of India approved institute on or after 01 October 2023.

ITI candidates should possess a certificate of completion in the relevant trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) or State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT).

BEL Apprentice Age Limit 2026

The age limit is calculated as on 01 October 2026. Age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities.

BEL Apprentice Selection Process 2026

Selection will be based on marks obtained in the Interview conducted by BEL, Navi Mumbai.

Statutory reservation will be applicable according to Government norms. Shortlisted candidates will be informed through email, followed by publication of the selected candidates list on the BEL website.

BEL Apprentice Registration 2026

Graduate and Diploma Apprentice candidates must register through the NATS portal, while ITI Apprentice candidates must register through the NAPS portal.

NATS Registration

1. Visit the NATS 2.0 portal.
2. Click on the Student tab.
3. Select Student Register.
4. Check the documents required for student enrolment.
5. Enter email ID, mobile number and captcha.
6. Verify the OTPs received on email and mobile.
7. Fill in basic, educational, communication, training preference and bank details.
8. Preview the profile.
9. Submit the registration.
10. Take a printout of the registration form.

NAPS Registration

1. Visit the NAPS portal.
2. Select Candidate Login/Register and choose Register.
3. Fill in the required details.
4. Submit the registration.
5. Activate the registration through email.
6. Log in to the account.
7. Complete the profile and upload photograph, signature, education documents and bank details.
8. Authenticate Aadhaar mandatorily.
9. Take a printout of the registration form or NAPS enrolment email.

Candidates must bring the original documents for verification and submit copies at the time of joining. The document list is specified on page 4 of the notification.

BEL Apprentice Facilities

A canteen facility will be available at nominal rates. However, no accommodation facility will be provided. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the recruitment and selection process.

BEL Apprentice Training Duration

The apprenticeship training period is one year. During the apprenticeship, candidates will be governed by the Apprentices Act, 1961 along with the applicable policies and rules of BEL.

Is BEL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 a Permanent Job?

No. This is an apprenticeship training opportunity for one year. BEL clearly states that completion of the apprenticeship does not create any right to regular employment.

BEL has no obligation to provide regular employment after completion of the apprenticeship programme, and the apprenticeship does not create any liability on BEL to provide a job or placement.
