State Program Manager (HR Management)
A Master's Degree in Management or Personnel Management or Human Resource Management from a recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 55% marks, along with the prescribed HR experience. Candidates with an MBA/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management or equivalent qualification are preferred.
State Program Manager (Media, Publications and Communication Engagement)
A Master's Degree in Mass Communication/Journalism or related discipline with a minimum of 55% marks, along with the prescribed experience in media, communication, PR, publications or related areas.
State Program Manager (Digital and ICT)
Graduation in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electronics/ECE/IT or related field with the prescribed marks and experience. Relevant higher qualification and experience in digital/ICT implementation are desirable.
State Program Manager (Residential, KGBV and Out of School Children)
A Master's Degree in the relevant discipline with the prescribed minimum marks and experience in residential education, KGBV, girls' education or related programme implementation.

JEPC Written Test Pattern 2026
The written test carries a maximum of 100 marks and is based on an MCQ/OMR format. The duration of the written test is 3 hours.
The notification also provides a separate Computer Based Test of 20 marks with a duration of 1 hour for the applicable categories of posts.
The written-test syllabus includes General Knowledge, Logical Reasoning and subject-specific questions depending on the category of post. The examination structure is provided on page 15 of the notification.
