RFCL Recruitment 2026: Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (RFCL) has released Advertisement No. Rectt/01/2026 for recruitment of experienced professionals for its Ramagundam Plant in Telangana and Corporate Office at Noida. A total of 40 vacancies have been announced for Engineer, Officer, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Additional Chief Medical Officer, Chief Medical Officer and Chief Manager posts.

The educational qualification varies according to the post and discipline. Except for CA / CMA, the prescribed essential qualification should generally be completed on a full-time regular basis with at least 60% marks from a recognised University, Institute, State Technical Board or appropriate statutory authority.

Qualifications obtained through Part-Time, Correspondence, Distance Learning, Online or Evening Classes mode are not eligible under this advertisement.

RFCL Chemical Engineer Qualification 2026

Candidates applying for Chemical Engineer, Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager posts must possess:

• B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. Engineering in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology.

Candidates having Boiler Operation Engineer certification may be given preference.

Relevant experience should include hands-on experience in process operations and troubleshooting in industries such as:

RFCL Mechanical Engineer Qualification 2026

Candidates must possess:

• B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical Technology.

Boiler Operation Engineer certification may be given preference.

Relevant experience should include maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating machines, static equipment, piping networks and associated systems in eligible continuous process industries.

Candidates having experience in operation or maintenance of Gas Turbine based Power Plants may also apply.

RFCL Electrical Engineer Qualification 2026

Candidates should possess:

• B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical Engineering; or
• Electrical & Electronics Engineering; or
• Electrical Technology.

Relevant experience should include maintenance and troubleshooting of:

• HT and LT Power Distribution Systems

RFCL Materials Officer Qualification 2026

Candidates should possess any one of the following:

• Degree in Engineering in any specialization; or
• Full-time regular MBA in Materials Management / Supply Chain Management; or
• Two-year regular PG Diploma in Materials Management recognised as equivalent to MBA by UGC / AICTE.

Relevant experience should cover activities such as purchase, inventory control, material inspection, stores, material handling, transportation, import management, contract management and spare-parts control.

Candidates should possess:

• Degree in Engineering in any specialization; or

Candidates must possess any one of the following full-time qualifications of at least two years' duration:

For Additional CMO and CMO posts, candidates must possess:

Candidates having MD / MS may receive an added advantage.

The required professional experience must be after internship in Medicine in a reputed Hospital, Medical College or Hospital located in an industrial complex.

RFCL Finance and Accounts Qualification 2026

Candidates applying for Accounts Officer, Assistant Manager or Chief Manager in Finance & Accounts should possess:

• CA; or
• CMA; or
• Two-year MBA with specialization in Finance.

Candidates holding a General MBA or MBA with dual specialization are not eligible under the notified Finance qualification.

Relevant experience should include accounting and financial matters, budgeting and taxation.

RFCL IT Engineer Qualification 2026

Candidates should possess any one of the following:

• B.Tech. / B.E. / B.Sc. Engineering in Computer Science; or
• Computer Technology; or
• Information Technology; or
• MCA.

Relevant experience should include development and troubleshooting of business applications, preferably using Oracle Database, SAP ERP platform or Network Management.

RFCL Experience Rules 2026

All prescribed work experience must be obtained after acquiring the relevant educational qualification and should be in-line executive experience.

• Management Trainee / Graduate Engineer Trainee experience will be counted only if the candidate was subsequently regularised in the same company.
• Apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 will not be counted as post-qualification executive experience.
• Experience through empanelled agencies or contractors will not be considered.
• Direct work experience, including Fixed Term employment directly with an organisation, can be considered.
• Preference will be given to candidates having relevant executive experience in the Chemical and Fertilizer Industry.

RFCL Educational Qualification Rules 2026

• The prescribed qualification must be completed by the cut-off date.
• Final-year or final-semester candidates whose results are awaited on the cut-off date are not eligible.
• Equivalent qualifications other than the qualifications specifically advertised will not automatically be accepted.

RFCL PwBD Eligibility 2026

PwBD reservation will be applied horizontally according to Government of India guidelines and only against posts identified as suitable for the concerned disability category.

To claim reservation as a Person with Benchmark Disability, a candidate must possess the required valid disability certificate and satisfy the applicable benchmark disability requirements under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

Only candidates belonging to communities included in the Central Government OBC list will be considered for OBC-NCL reservation.

The normal selection process will involve:

RFCL Computer Based Test 2026

If RFCL receives a large number of applications, it may conduct a Computer Based Test for shortlisting candidates for the Personal Interview.

RFCL Tie-Breaking Rule 2026

If two or more candidates obtain equal final marks after the Personal Interview, the following criteria will be used:

1. The candidate having the higher percentage of marks in the qualifying educational examination will be placed higher.
2. If qualifying examination marks are also equal, the candidate born earlier will be placed higher in the merit list.

RFCL Interview TA Reimbursement 2026

Eligible candidates called for Personal Interview may receive travel reimbursement according to the post level and conditions specified by RFCL.

• E-1 to E-4 candidates may be reimbursed to-and-fro single AC-II rail fare by the shortest route, subject to submission of required proof.
• Candidates called for higher-level interviews will receive travel reimbursement according to the entitlement prescribed in the advertisement.

RFCL Posting Locations 2026

Out of the total 40 vacancies, 35 posts are initially identified for Ramagundam Unit and 5 for Corporate Office, Noida.

Initial posting does not create a permanent location entitlement. RFCL may transfer selected candidates to any Unit or Office of the Company. Only candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply.
