RCF Management Trainee Recruitment 2026 Notification Out for 94 Posts - Apply Online from 8 August

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) has released Advertisement No. 16022026 for the recruitment of Management Trainees in various technical and non-technical disciplines. RCF Limited is a Navratna Government of India undertaking engaged in the manufacture and marketing of fertilizers and industrial chemicals.

A total of 94 vacancies have been announced for Management Trainee posts in Chemical, Boiler, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Materials, Civil, Fire, CC Lab, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Rajbhasha, Finance and Marketing disciplines.

RCF Management Trainee Vacancy 2026 Details

Note: The number of vacancies is tentative and may increase or decrease at the discretion of RCF Limited.

RCF Management Trainee Educational Qualification

The required qualification differs according to the Management Trainee discipline. Candidates must possess regular and full-time qualifications from a UGC, AICTE or other competent authority-recognized university or institution.

Minimum Percentage Required

• Most Engineering disciplines require at least 60% aggregate marks in the final year of Engineering Graduation.
• SC and ST candidates are eligible for the prescribed relaxation to 55% wherever mentioned against the relevant post.
• Rajbhasha candidates must have at least 60% aggregate marks in the final year of Post-Graduation.
• Finance candidates applying through CA or CMA are not subject to a percentage requirement.
• Finance candidates applying through MBA, MMS, PGDM or an equivalent qualification require 60% marks, with 55% for eligible SC/ST candidates.
• Marketing candidates require 60% marks in the final year of the postgraduate degree or diploma, with 55% for eligible SC/ST candidates.
• No percentage condition is prescribed for Ph.D. candidates applying for the CC Lab discipline.
• Where CGPA or OGPA is awarded, candidates must obtain an equivalent-percentage certificate from the concerned university or institution.

Important Qualification Conditions

• Qualifications must be regular and full-time.
• Qualifications obtained through distance learning, correspondence or part-time mode are not accepted unless specifically permitted in the notification.
• Three-year B.E./B.Tech qualifications acquired after completing a regular three-year Engineering Diploma are accepted for applicable disciplines.
• Regular full-time dual or integrated degrees are accepted where the prescribed discipline is clearly mentioned in the degree.
• No claim for a qualification not specifically prescribed in the advertisement will be entertained.
• Candidates must possess the required qualification and supporting documents by the prescribed cut-off date.

RCF Management Trainee Age Limit

The age limit will be calculated as on 01 February 2026.

For the CC Lab discipline, candidates applying with a Ph.D. in Chemistry have an upper age limit of 32 years for the notified EWS vacancy. Candidates applying through an Engineering qualification have the age limit prescribed for Engineering graduates.

Additional Age Relaxation

• Children and family members of victims of the 1984 riots: 5 Years
• Age relaxation for eligible Ex-Servicemen will be available as per Government of India guidelines.
• Category-based relaxation will be available only upon submission of valid certificates.

RCF Management Trainee Application Fee

The application fee is non-refundable and must be paid through the online payment facility using Internet Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card.

RCF Management Trainee Salary 2026

Stipend During Training

Selected Management Trainees will undergo training for a period of one year and will receive a lump-sum stipend of Rs. 60,000 per month.

• Free shared hostel accommodation or quarters will be provided to trainees posted at Trombay or Thal.
• Medical facilities for the trainee will be available at the RCF Hospital.
• Access to the available RCF Sports Complex will be provided.
• Trainees posted at Marketing Area Offices outside Trombay and Thal will receive a fixed allowance of Rs. 5,000 per month towards boarding, lodging and local travel expenses.

Salary After Training

After successfully completing one year of training, candidates will be absorbed in E1 Grade in the pay scale of:

Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000

The approximate minimum monthly gross emoluments will be Rs. 86,320, including Basic Pay, VDA, perquisites, HRA and other applicable allowances.

Service Bond

Selected candidates must furnish a service bond of Rs. 2 lakh at the time of joining. The bond will remain valid for a period of four years, including the one-year training period.

The bond amount must be deposited as a fixed deposit with a lien marked in favour of RCF Limited. Candidates unable to deposit the full amount at joining may be permitted to pay it through monthly deductions from the stipend, as provided in the notification.

Probation Period

After completing the one-year training period, candidates will undergo a probation period of six months.

• Candidates may be called for interview in the approximate ratio of 1:7 against the number of vacancies.
• Candidates must obtain at least 50% average marks in the personal interview.
• Candidates with zero or negative marks in the online test will not be eligible for the interview.

Final Selection Weightage

Separate discipline-wise and category-wise merit lists will be prepared. In case two or more candidates obtain equal final marks, marks in the qualifying examination will be considered. If the tie continues, the candidate who is older in age will be placed higher in the merit list.

Pre-Employment Medical Examination

Final appointment is subject to candidates being declared medically fit according to RCF Limited’s pre-employment medical standards.

Management Trainees may be assigned duties according to the company’s operational requirements. The job may involve rotating shifts, including morning, evening and night shifts, and therefore requires a high level of physical fitness.
