NTPC Deputy Manager Qualification Requirements
- All qualifications should be full-time from Universities or Institutions recognised and approved in India.

Candidates presently working in Government Departments or Public Sector Undertakings must satisfy an additional pay-scale requirement.
- Out of the required 10 years of post-qualification executive experience, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in the pay scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 or above.
- The above corresponds to IDA Pay Scale of E3 Grade or above of NTPC effective from 01 January 2017, or an equivalent scale.
- Such candidates must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer when required.
