National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has announced absorption-based recruitment for 209 posts (34 Deputy Engineer/Deputy Chief Controller + 175 Junior Engineer/Controller/Train Manager/Station Manager) to support India's high-speed rail corridor between Mumbai and Ahmedabad. Eligible candidates are serving employees of Indian Railways, Government Railways, Metro Railways, and RRTS with maximum age 45 years (as on 31 May 2026). Pay scales are NE-6 (₹46,000–1,45,000) for DE grade and NE-4 (₹40,000–1,25,000) for JE grade. Selection includes CBT, document verification, and medical examination (Interview for DE grade only).

Work Experience Requirements

Deputy Engineer Grade (Vacancy Nos. 21–25/2026)

  • IDA Employees (Metro/RRTS): Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience in relevant field + Currently in pay scale ≥₹46,000 OR 2 years in ≥₹40,000 OR 5 years in ≥₹37,000
  • CDA Employees (Ministry of Railways): Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience + Working in PB-2 + GP ₹4,200 (Level 6) + Minimum 4 years of Group C service
  • Deputy Chief Controller (Operations): CDA: 5 years in Rolling Stock & Depot Machinery maintenance; IDA: 5 years in OCC/Station/Train operations + 2 years as Traffic Controller

Junior Engineer Grade (Vacancy Nos. 26–32/2026)

  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field within Operations & Maintenance departments of Indian Railways / Government Railways / Metro Railways / RRTS

Important Instructions & Surety Bond

Surety Bond on Joining

  • Selected candidates must execute a surety bond of ₹3,00,000/-
  • Commit to serve NHSRCL for minimum 4 years (excluding LWP/EOL)
  • 90 days prior notice required before resignation

Surety Bond on Training

  • If training is provided, execute separate bond for training cost + service tax
  • Commit to serve for minimum 6 years after training completion
  • 3 months prior notice required before resignation

Other Important Points

  • Candidates will be on probation for one year
