National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has released recruitment notifications for 90 Supervisor-I and Junior Maintainer posts under its Operations & Maintenance and other departments. The recruitment is being conducted through Vacancy Notice No. 32/2026 for direct recruitment and Vacancy Notice No. 33/2026 for recruitment on contract basis with regular pay scale.
Eligible candidates can apply online through the NCRTC website. The tentative Computer Based Test (CBT) is scheduled for November/December 2026.

Educational Qualification
The required qualification varies according to the post. Only the prescribed full-time qualifications are considered.
Supervisor-I - Operations
Any Engineering Degree or Engineering Diploma in Full Time mode.
Supervisor-I - Electronics
Three-year Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent in Full Time mode.
Supervisor-I - Electrical
Three-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent in Full Time mode.
Supervisor-I - Mechanical
Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent in Full Time mode.
Supervisor-I - Civil
Three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent in Full Time mode.
Supervisor-I - Information Technology
Three-year Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, B.C.A., B.Sc. (IT), B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics, M.C.A. or equivalent Full Time qualification.

For the engineering diploma posts under Vacancy Notice No. 32/2026, B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engineering) in the relevant discipline in Full Time mode is also permitted. For the Junior Maintainer posts, the prescribed ITI qualification is mandatory and higher qualification without ITI will not be considered.
For the Supervisor-I Electrical and Civil posts under Vacancy Notice No. 33/2026, B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engineering) in the relevant discipline in Full Time mode is also permitted. For Junior Maintainer Electrical and Fitter posts, ITI qualification is mandatory.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for the posts is 28 years as on 10 September 2026.
Only Indian Nationals above 18 years of age are eligible to apply. Age relaxation is applicable to eligible reserved categories as per the notification.

In addition to Basic Pay, eligible employees will receive Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), perks and allowances under the applicable Cafeteria Approach and other benefits as per NCRTC rules.
Application Fee
The application fee specified in the recruitment notification is:

The fee is non-refundable. Candidates applying for more than one post have to pay the application fee separately for each post.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Medical Fitness Test
The CBT will contain 100 questions for 100 marks. Each correct answer carries one mark and there is no negative marking for wrong answers.
The duration of the CBT is 90 minutes. Candidates can take the examination in Hindi or English.
The minimum qualifying percentage is 60% for UR/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates. Further selection will be made on merit basis.
The tentative CBT is scheduled for November/December 2026.
Medical Examination
Candidates shortlisted after the CBT have to undergo the prescribed medical fitness test.

The first medical examination expenses will be borne by NCRTC. The notification also states that Lasik surgery is not permitted for the specified medical standards.
Probation Period
Selected candidates under the recruitment will undergo a two-year probation period as per NCRTC company policy.
Surety Bond
Selected candidates are required to execute a surety bond to serve NCRTC for the prescribed minimum period.
