The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB), Bhopal has released the rule book for Police Constable (GD) Recruitment Examination 2026 under the Police Headquarters, Home (Police) Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. The recruitment is being conducted for direct recruitment of Constable (General Duty) posts.
A total of 7500 Constable GD posts will be filled through this recruitment process, including 700 posts of Constable GD Special Armed Force (SAF) and 6800 posts of Constable GD excluding Special Armed Force.

MP Police Constable GD Salary 2026
The selected candidates for Constable (GD) posts will receive salary according to the prescribed pay scale.

MP Police Constable Physical Efficiency Test 2026
Candidates qualifying the written examination will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test. The marks obtained in the physical efficiency test will be added to the written examination marks for preparing the final merit list.
Candidates must secure minimum 30% marks in the Physical Efficiency Test to qualify.
