The Online Preliminary Examination may be conducted at examination centres in various cities depending on the number of applicants and administrative requirements.

MP High Court Assistant Grade 3 Service Bond 2026
Candidates finally selected and appointed as Assistant Grade-III will be required to execute a Bond of Rs. 2,00,000 in the prescribed format.
Under the bond conditions, the selected candidate will undertake to serve for at least 3 years after joining.
If the employee resigns or leaves service before completing the required three-year service period, or violates the prescribed bond conditions, the bond may be forfeited and the candidate will be required to pay the Rs. 2 lakh bond amount.
However, the notification provides an exception where an employee resigns after obtaining prior permission to accept employment under the Madhya Pradesh Government or Central Government, subject to the prescribed conditions.
