MECL Recruitment 2026 Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive basic pay along with IDA, HRA, perks, allowances and other benefits as per MECL company rules. The benefits include PF contribution, Group Performance Related Incentive, Group Medical Insurance, NPS, Group Personal Accident Insurance and other facilities.

MECL Accountant Qualification 2026
- Graduate degree from a recognised university.
- Intermediate pass of CA/ICWA.
- Minimum 3 years post qualification relevant experience in Accounts work after passing Intermediate of CA/ICWA.

- ITI in Survey OR Diploma in Survey.

- Valid HMV License.
- Minimum 1 year post qualification relevant experience in drilling operations or drill rig maintenance.

- ITI Certificate in Diesel Mechanic / Motor Mechanic / Fitter trade OR Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering.
- Valid HMV License.
- Minimum 1 year relevant post qualification experience.
MECL Mechanic-cum-Operator (Drilling) Qualification 2026
- ITI Certificate in Mechanic (Earth Moving Machinery) / Diesel Mechanic / Motor Mechanic / Fitter Trade OR Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Drilling Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year experience in diesel/motor mechanic, fitter trade or drilling trade after ITI qualification.

MECL Junior Driver Qualification 2026

- Valid LMV License and HMV License.
- Minimum 1 year consolidated experience in driving light and heavy vehicles.
