Selection Process
For Peons, Watchman, Sweepers, Peons (House Keeping), Lift Attender, Tailor, Dhobi:
- Merit list for interview prepared based on percentage of total marks in qualifying examination, applying reservation rules for SC/ST/OBC/women/rural/ex-servicemen/other categories as per law
- Candidates called for interview = 10 times the number of vacancies notified, in order of merit per category
For Assistant Binder:
- Candidates called for interview = 5 times the number of vacancies notified, in order of merit
Note: Merely attending interview does NOT confer right to appointment. Final selection depends on High Court being satisfied candidate is suitable in all respects.

Candidates must upload scanned documents in PDF format (clear, legible) during application:
- SSLC Marks Card or equivalent certificate (proof of DOB) + higher qualification certificates (if any)
- Caste Certificate and Income Certificate (if applicable). SC candidates must upload caste certificate showing internal reservation (Category A/B/C)

- Fill all required details accurately (valid mobile number + email ID)
- Upload scanned photograph, signature, and all required documents/certificates as per specifications
- Pay application fee (if applicable) via SBI online payment gateway
- Preview filled application carefully before final submission (applications cannot be withdrawn/modified once submitted)
- Submit application and take printout for records
- Note down application number for future reference & generating Intimation Letter for interview
Only online applications accepted. Applications via post/hand/email/any other mode will not be considered. If candidate submits multiple applications for same post, only last submitted application will be considered.
Important Instructions
- Candidates applying for multiple Group D posts under RPC must apply separately for each cadre through respective links, uploading relevant documents each time
- Suppression of higher qualification beyond SSLC/10th = penal consequences
- Caste/reservation certificates obtained after last date of online application will not be considered
- Original documents must be produced at interview/verification; failure = cancellation of claimed reservation (application considered under General Merit only, if eligible)
- Candidates called for interview must carry:
- Intimation Letter
- Original proof of identity (Voter ID/Aadhaar/PAN/Ration Card/Passport/Driving License)
- Original reservation documents
- Three character certificates required:
- 1 from head of institution where candidate completed 10th standard
- 2 from respectable persons (non-relatives) acquainted with candidate
- In-service candidates must submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) immediately after selection list issued, before appointment order issued
- Selected candidates liable to be posted at Principal Bench (Bengaluru) or Benches (Dharwad, Kalaburagi)
- In case of inconsistency between Kannada and English versions of notification, English version shall prevail
- If information furnished found false/eligibility not fulfilled/facts suppressed/twisted at any stage (even after appointment) = candidature/appointment cancelled/terminated + penal/criminal action
