Post-Wise Educational Qualification
1. Medical Officer, TB Cell (NTEP)
- MBBS or equivalent degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India.
- Must have completed compulsory rotatory internship.
- Diploma / MD in Public Health or Tuberculosis & Chest Diseases.
- One year experience in RNTCP.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
2. Consultant (Ayurveda)
Candidates must possess BAMS and must be registered with the respective State Board/Council, such as the Tamil Nadu Board of Indian Medicine, TNMC or TNHMC.
3. Audiologist cum Speech Therapist
Candidates must possess a Bachelor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology or B.Sc. Speech and Hearing from an RCI-recognized institute.
4. District Public Private Mix/ACSM Coordinator
- Post Graduate qualification.
- One year experience in Communication, ACSM, Public-Private Partnership, Health Projects or Programmes.
- Permanent two-wheeler driving licence.
- Should be able to drive a two-wheeler.
5. Senior Treatment Supervisor
- Bachelor Degree OR recognized Sanitary Inspector course.
- Certificate course in computer operation of at least 2 months.
- Permanent two-wheeler driving licence.

6. Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor
- Graduate.
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent from a Government-recognized institution.

- Minimum one year experience in RNTCP.
7. Counsellor
For RMNCH positions, candidates should possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Home Science or Hospital & Health Management.
The notification also specifies one to two years of work experience in the health sector/relevant field, excellent interpersonal communication skills, fluency in the local language in writing and speaking, data management skills, basic computer skills, particularly MS Office, and the ability to work in a team.

Nature and Duration of the Appointment
