ISRO ISTRAC Apprentice Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online For Graduate, Diploma & ITI Posts

The ISRO Telemetry Tracking and Command Network (ISTRAC), Bengaluru, under the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Department of Space, has released Advertisement No. ISTRAC:01:2026 for engagement of Graduate, Diploma, and Trade Apprentices for the training year 2026-27. The apprenticeship training will be conducted under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and its subsequent amendments.

Eligible candidates who completed their Degree, Diploma, or ITI qualifications during 2024, 2025, or 2026 can apply for one-year apprenticeship training. Applications must be submitted through email to the respective ISTRAC centers before 31 July 2026.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate Apprentice: B.E./B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university.
• B.Sc. (CS/IT): Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Library Science: Master of Library and Information Science (MLISc).
• Diploma Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering/Commercial Practice from a recognized State Board.
• Trade Apprentice: ITI in the relevant trade from a recognized institution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Only candidates who passed in 2024, 2025, or 2026 are eligible.
• Candidates must register on the NATS Portal.
• Only Indian Nationals can apply.
• Candidates pursuing higher studies are not eligible.
• Candidates with one year or more job experience are not eligible.
• Ex-apprentices are not eligible.

Age Limit

Candidates should satisfy the age criteria prescribed under the Apprentices Act and apprenticeship guidelines applicable to ISRO/BOAT.

1. Register on the NATS Portal at nats.education.gov.in.
2. Obtain the NATS Enrollment Number.
3. Prepare scanned copies of required documents.
4. Mention the relevant Post Code in the email subject line.
5. Include Name, Contact Number, Qualification, Passing Year, and NATS Enrollment Number in the email body.
6. Send the application to the concerned ISTRAC center email ID.
7. Submit the application before 31 July 2026.

Important Instructions

• Applications will be accepted only through email.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending interviews.
• Training duration is 12 months.
• Selection does not guarantee regular employment in ISRO.
