Educational Qualification
- Full Time B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from Central or State Institute of Hotel Management affiliated to NCHMCT/UGC/AICTE/Government of India.
- BBA/MBA (Culinary Arts) from Indian Culinary Institutes under Ministry of Tourism.
- B.Sc. Hotel Management and Catering Science from Government recognized Universities affiliated to UGC/AICTE/Government of India/State Government.
- MBA (Tourism and Hotel Management) from Government recognized Universities affiliated to UGC/AICTE/Government of India/State Government.
Experience Requirement
- Freshers with relevant educational qualification are eligible to apply.
- No prior work experience is mandatory.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age for UR Candidates: 27 Years
- Age will be calculated as on 01-05-2026.
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST Candidates: 5 Years
- OBC Candidates: 3 Years
- PwBD Candidates: 10 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: Length of Defence Service + 3 Years

- Monitoring food production, quality and hospitality services in mobile/static catering units.
- Ensuring compliance with hospitality procedures and company policies.
- Handling customer and passenger complaints effectively.
- Supervising manpower, equipment and catering operations.
- Collecting customer feedback and implementing improvements.
- Coordinating with departments, offices and business partners.
- Ensuring implementation of statutory compliance and regulations.
