Selection Process
Two-stage selection process:
- Stage 1: Shortlisting

- Stage 2: Interview/Interaction
- Shortlisted candidates undergo interaction/interview with deploying department

- Selection based on academic marks + suitability assessment
- Interview panel decision is final and binding
