Educational Qualification
- Graduate from a recognized University (or Deemed University/Institution recognized by AICTE, UGC, or appropriate statutory authority)

- Minimum Age: 27 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
Work Experience (Post-Qualification, Full-Time Only)
- Only full-time post-qualification work experience counts (part-time/freelancing not considered)
- Articleship, internship, or training forming part of qualification does not count
- Experience requirement varies by Branch Category (see salary table below)

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills (proficient spoken/written English)
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant computer applications
- Effective managerial, administrative, organizational abilities

Salary / Compensation (Based on Branch Category)
Compensation includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, National Pension System (NPS), Leave Travel Concession, Gratuity, and other benefits.

Phase 2: Interview

- Interview marks added to CBT marks for final merit list
- Document verification (copies vs originals) before interview; discrepancies = not permitted
- No TA/DA paid for attending interview
