Process Engineering

Candidates must possess a full-time regular Engineering Degree in Chemical / Chemical Technology with at least 60% marks.

Relevant experience in the Ammonia-Urea fertilizer industry is required. Experience with DCS, ESD, troubleshooting, process-related standards and process engineering software will be relevant to the role.

O&U

Candidates should possess a full-time regular Engineering Degree in:

• Chemical
• Chemical Technology
• Mechanical

A minimum of 60% marks is required. Relevant experience should be in Offsite & Utilities operations in the fertilizer, petrochemical, refinery or related notified industry.

Ammonia

A full-time regular Engineering Degree in Chemical / Chemical Technology with minimum 60% marks is required along with relevant experience in Ammonia plant operations in the fertilizer industry.

Urea

Candidates require a full-time regular Engineering Degree in Chemical / Chemical Technology with minimum 60% marks and relevant Urea plant operations experience.

Electrical

Candidates should possess a full-time regular Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

Relevant maintenance and troubleshooting experience relating to HT/LT power distribution systems, motors, transformers and protection systems is required.

Mechanical

A full-time regular Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks is required.

Relevant experience should include maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating machinery, static equipment, centrifugal compressors, steam/gas turbines, piping networks and related equipment.

IT - SAP FICO, SAP MM and SAP SD

Candidates must possess a full-time regular Engineering Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology with minimum 60% marks.

Relevant hands-on experience is required in the concerned SAP module:

• SAP FICO
• SAP MM
• SAP SD

SAP certification in the respective module is preferred. Experience in manufacturing, fertilizer, process industry, PSU or large enterprise environments may be an added advantage.

Human Resource

Candidates should possess a full-time regular:

• MBA; or
• MSW; or
• Integrated 5-Year MBA; or
• Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of minimum 2 years in HRM, Personnel Management or Personnel Management & Industrial Relations.

A minimum of 60% marks is required. Degree in Law (LLB) is desirable.

Marketing

Candidates should possess either:

• B.Sc. Agriculture with M.Sc. Agriculture with minimum 60% marks; or
• B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Tech in any discipline with full-time MBA / PGDBM with minimum 60% marks in Marketing, Agribusiness Marketing or Rural Management recognised by UGC / AICTE.

HURL Medical Qualification 2026

For the Medical positions on FTC basis, candidates require an MBBS degree recognised by the Medical Council of India along with the prescribed Industrial Health qualification.

The advertisement accepts the applicable Industrial Health qualification through one of the notified routes, including:

A three-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical with minimum 50% marks and five years of relevant product/material handling experience in the fertilizer industry is required.

Instrumentation

HURL Employment Type and Probation 2026

Executive and Non-Executive Posts

Selected candidates appointed to regular Executive and Non-Executive positions will initially be placed on probation for one year.

Fixed Term Contract Posts

The initial Medical FTC engagement will be for 3 years.

The contract may be extended by a further 2 years depending on company requirements and the individual's performance.
