HP High Court Age Relaxation 2026
A relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit is admissible to eligible bonafide SC, ST and OBC candidates of Himachal Pradesh and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities of Himachal Pradesh where the post is reserved for the concerned category.
Age relaxation for Himachal Pradesh Government employees will be allowed according to the applicable High Court and State Government instructions.

HP High Court Recruitment 2026 Himachal Pradesh Eligibility Condition
Candidates must have knowledge of the customs and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and must be suitable for appointment under the peculiar conditions prevailing in the State.
- For Group-C posts, a candidate must have passed Matriculation, 10+2 or Graduation from a school or institution situated within Himachal Pradesh.
- For Group-D posts, the candidate must have passed Middle, Matriculation or 10+2 from a school or institution situated within Himachal Pradesh.
- The above educational-location condition does not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.

- If an EWS candidate is not available for selection, the EWS vacancy may be automatically de-reserved and filled by an eligible Unreserved candidate according to Government instructions.

Candidates already serving in Government or Semi-Government organisations will be considered only if their online application is submitted through the proper channel and a No Objection Certificate is received from their employer or competent authority.
The NOC must be addressed to the Registrar General, High Court of Himachal Pradesh and should reach within 15 days after the last date for online applications.

- The result for Regular vacancies will initially be declared first.
