HITES - HLL Infra Tech Services Ltd, a subsidiary of HLL Lifecare Limited and a Government of India Enterprise, has invited applications from experienced professionals for various positions in Infrastructure Development, Design and Execution. The recruitment is being conducted on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis for offices and project sites across PAN India.

The vacancies are available for experienced professionals in structural engineering, HVAC, electrical engineering, plumbing, biomedical engineering, quantity surveying and civil/MEP project execution. A total of 21 positions are available across nine advertised posts.

HITES Recruitment 2026: Eligibility and Experience

1. Senior Operations Manager (Structural)

Candidates should have experience in project planning, analysis, design, detailing and execution of structural works for building and infrastructure projects. The notification requires knowledge of reinforced concrete (RCC), structural steel and foundation systems, along with practical experience in coordinating and supervising structural construction activities.

Candidates should be capable of reviewing structural drawings, technical specifications, applicable IS codes, NBC provisions, project specifications and quality standards. Proficiency in structural software such as STTAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE and AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of BIM is an added advantage.

2. Senior Operations Manager (HVAC)

Candidates should have experience in the design, installation, execution, testing, commissioning and maintenance of HVAC systems for commercial, residential, healthcare and infrastructure projects.

The required technical exposure includes chilled water systems, VRF/VRV systems, DX systems, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation and exhaust systems, ducting, piping, insulation and associated mechanical services.

Experience in reviewing HVAC drawings and specifications, preparing BOQs and material requirements, coordinating with consultants, clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams, site supervision, quantity estimation, inspection, testing and commissioning is required. Candidates should also be familiar with project documentation, troubleshooting, safety and statutory requirements.

3. Senior Operations Manager (Electrical)

Candidates should have experience in infrastructure design and projects, including planning, design, coordination, execution support and supervision of electrical systems for healthcare and other large-scale infrastructure projects.

The position requires knowledge of Indian Standards, NBC, IEC standards, CEA regulations and relevant statutory requirements. Candidates should be proficient in electrical layouts, transformer and DG power distribution and LT/HT systems.

Experience in coordinating electrical designs with architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, ELV and other MEP services for large-sized and multi-storied building projects is required.

4. Senior Operations Manager (Plumbing)

Candidates should have experience in planning, design, coordination and execution support of plumbing and Public Health Engineering (PHE) systems for large-scale infrastructure, commercial, institutional and healthcare projects.

The position requires expertise in developing technically compliant and cost-effective plumbing designs in accordance with applicable NBC, CPHEEO, IS Codes and relevant international standards wherever applicable.

Relevant experience in standard codes, CPWD specifications/manuals, fire-fighting, plumbing and allied services for large-sized or multi-storied building projects is required.

5. Operations Manager (BME)

Candidates should have relevant experience in planning, design, coordination and implementation of biomedical engineering systems for healthcare infrastructure projects.

The position requires knowledge of hospital planning, biomedical equipment requirements, healthcare facility design standards and coordination with architectural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and structural disciplines.

Candidates should have experience in preparing and reviewing equipment layouts, equipment schedules, technical specifications, space requirements, utility provisions and project standards, including installation of medical equipment.

6. Operations Manager (Quantity Surveyor)

Candidates should have experience in large-scale infrastructure development and construction projects, with exposure to quantity estimation, rate analysis, BOQ preparation, tender documentation, cost control, measurement, billing and contract administration.

The candidate should be able to interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings and translate design requirements into accurate quantities and cost estimates according to Government/CPWD procedures and specified QA/QC standards.

7. Chief Manager (Civil)

Candidates should have relevant experience in project planning and execution and contract management of civil and allied works for large-sized, multi-storied buildings, preferably hospitals and other healthcare projects.

The position involves preparing cost estimates and detailed project reports, reviewing drawings, preparing tender documents, quantity surveying, processing bills according to Government/CPWD procedures, project monitoring and construction management at sites.

Candidates should also have experience in QA/QC standards and liaisoning with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders, including government statutory authorities.

8. Senior Operations Manager (MEP)

Candidates should have experience in executing and managing large-scale infrastructure and building projects, including commercial, institutional, healthcare and other complex infrastructure developments.

The required experience includes site execution, construction planning, coordination, quality control, resource management and monitoring project progress according to approved drawings, technical specifications, contractual requirements and applicable standards.

Candidates should be experienced in coordinating with consultants, architects, structural teams and MEP teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth and timely project execution.

9. Operations Manager (Civil)

Candidates should have experience in site supervision, construction planning, quality control, quantity estimation and coordination with contractors and consultants.

The position requires experience in monitoring day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards and project schedules.

Candidates should be proficient in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, resolving site-related issues, maintaining project documentation and ensuring timely and quality completion of work.

Knowledge of RCC works, structural and finishing works, quantity measurement, site inspections, QA/QC procedures and construction methodologies associated with large-scale infrastructure projects is required.

HITES Recruitment 2026 Salary and Age Limit

The notification provides the applicable pre-revised IDA pay scales for appointments on Fixed Term Contract basis.

HITES Fixed Term Contract and Benefits

Appointments to the Chief Manager, Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager positions will be made on a Fixed Term Contract basis, initially for a period of 3 years.

The contract may be renewed based on the candidate's performance during the period or the organization's requirement.

In addition to Basic Pay and Dearness Allowance under the applicable pre-revised structure, employees appointed on FTC are entitled to benefits such as:

The qualification considered for eligibility must be obtained from a National Level institute of repute or a recognised Indian university under the full-time/regular scheme only.

The notification specifically states that Articleship, Internship, Training, Dissertation and Self Employment during professional courses will not be considered as post-qualification experience.

Eligible candidates will first be shortlisted based on initial scrutiny of their applications. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview / Skill Assessment Test, with suitable communication sent individually.

Depending on the response received for any position, HITES Management may conduct a preliminary interview, test, group discussion or another assessment as considered appropriate.

The management may also prescribe a competitive written test or personal interview, or both, and may raise the standard of specifications to restrict the number of candidates called for interview.

Candidates may also be considered for a lower position if they are otherwise suitable based on their qualification, experience, present position and performance during the interview.

Posting and Place of Work

Candidates selected against a specified discipline may be posted to other relevant disciplines when required and vice versa.

Postings may be made at HITES offices and project sites across India. The notification also states that postings may be at overseas locations at the discretion of Management.

Selected candidates are required to serve at any HITES location or office situated across India during their employment, as required by the organization.

Age Relaxation and Reservation

The cut-off date for considering age and experience is 01 September 2026.

Reservation and age relaxation for different categories will be applicable according to Government of India rules.

Age relaxation may also be considered for exceptionally experienced candidates, subject to the discretion of the Selection Committee.
