Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Regular / Full-Time Degree in Engineering / Technology from a recognized University or Institute under the prescribed 10+2+4 system, or 10+3+3 in case of lateral entry, in the relevant discipline/eligible branch.

After applicable age relaxation, the age should not exceed 56 years for PwBD candidates and 55 years for other candidates.
HAL Junior Executive Salary 2026
Junior Executives engaged on short term basis will be inducted in the E0 Pay Scale of Rs. 30,000 - Rs. 1,20,000. The basic pay will be Rs. 30,000 per month.

- Dearness Allowance as applicable
- House Rent Allowance as per city classification, where company accommodation is not provided
- Cafeteria Allowance: 35% of Basic Pay
- Annual Increment: 3% on Basic Pay in the second and third year
Other benefits include medical insurance reimbursement up to Rs. 25,000 per annum, leave benefits, uniforms and applicable allowances, provident fund, gratuity subject to conditions, TA/DA benefits and company quarters wherever available. :

HAL Junior Executive Selection Process 2026
The selection of candidates will be made through Interview only. Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on the aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying examination, in merit order, generally in a maximum ratio of 1:10 against the vacancies in each discipline and category.

HAL Junior Executive Tenure 2026
The selected candidates will be engaged on a short term basis for a maximum period of 3 years from the date of engagement. The tenure will automatically end after completion of three years and there will be no further extension.

Selected candidates will be posted across HAL's Production, Overhaul and Service Divisions, Research & Development Centres and offices.
