ICMR-Bhopal Memorial Hospital & Research Centre (BMHRC), Bhopal has released the BMHRC Recruitment 2026 notification for various Group B and Group C posts. A total of 66 vacancies are available for posts including Engineer-Civil, Tutor, Nursing Officer, Medical Record Officer, Assistant Accounts Officer, Warden, Perfusionist, Dietician, Psychiatry Technician, Medical Social Worker, Technician, Pharmacist, Store In-charge, Store Keeper, Personal Assistant, Attendant and Incinerator Operator.

The online application process started on 17 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and eligible candidates can submit their applications up to 16 October 2026 at 05:00 PM. Applications will be accepted through the official BMHRC website only.

BMHRC Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Engineer-Civil

Candidates should have a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. The maximum age limit is 30 years.

Tutor, Nursing College

Candidates should have an M.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with one year of experience in a Nursing College recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. Registration as a Nurse with the Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council is also required. The maximum age limit is 30 years.

Nursing Officer

Candidates should have B.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. (Honours) Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university or institute and registration as a Nurse or Nurse and Midwifery with a State Nursing Council. Alternatively, candidates with a Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from a recognized Board or Council must have one year of experience in a hospital having at least 50 beds after acquiring the prescribed qualification. The maximum age limit is 30 years.

Medical Record Officer

A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university along with a Diploma in Medical Record Technology is required. Candidates must also have two years of experience in medical record keeping from a hospital. The maximum age limit is 30 years.

Assistant Accounts Officer

Candidates should have a degree from a recognized university or institute and two years of experience in cash, accounts and budget work in a Government office, public sector undertaking, autonomous body or statutory body. The maximum age limit is 30 years.

Warden

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Home Science with one year of relevant hostel management or supervision experience, or a Diploma in Hotel Management or Catering with three years of relevant experience. The maximum age limit is 30 years.

Perfusionist Grade-II

Candidates should have a Degree in Perfusion Technology with two years of experience in conducting perfusion in a hospital or institute, or a Diploma in Perfusion Technology with three years of relevant experience. The maximum age limit is 30 years.

Dietician

The required qualification includes a Master's degree in the relevant Food and Nutrition, Home Science, Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics or related discipline. The notification also provides an alternative qualification involving B.Sc. in the relevant discipline, Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics and one year of practical experience in Dietetics in a 100-bedded hospital or specified organization. The maximum age limit is 30 years.

Psychiatry Technician

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from a recognized university or institution with two years of experience working as a Psychiatry Technician in a 100-bedded hospital or specified organization. The maximum age limit is 30 years.

Medical Social Worker

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Sociology, or a degree in any discipline with at least a one-year Diploma in Social Work. Two years of experience as a Medical Social Worker in a 100-bedded hospital or specified organization is required. The maximum age limit is 30 years.

Assistant Administrative Officer

Candidates should have a degree from a recognized university or institute and two years of experience in administration, accounts or establishment work in a Government office, public sector undertaking, autonomous body or statutory body. The maximum age limit is 30 years.

Technician-Non Medical

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Science with one year of experience in a medical institution, or Class 12th in Science with a Diploma in Refrigeration Technology, Sanitation Technology or Electrical Engineering. Two years of experience in the concerned field in recognized organizations, institutes or medical colleges is also specified. The maximum age limit is 27 years.

Technician-Medical

The 16 Technician-Medical vacancies are distributed among Anaesthesia, Blood Transfusion, GI Surgery, Ophthalmology, CSSD, Manifold, Pulmonary Medicine, Radiographer and Pathology. Depending on the specialization, eligibility includes a Bachelor's degree in Science with one year of experience in a medical institution, or Class 12th in Science with the relevant diploma and five years of experience in the related field. The maximum age limit is 27 years. {index=22}

Pharmacist

Candidates should have passed Class 12th in the Science stream, possess a two-year Diploma in Pharmacy and be registered with the Pharmacy Council of the State. The maximum age limit is 27 years.

Store In-charge

Candidates should have a Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy with five years of experience as a Storekeeper in a medical store. A degree in Material Management or Store Management and computer proficiency are desirable. The maximum age limit is 27 years.

Store Keeper

Candidates should have 10+2 with Science subjects and a Diploma in Pharmacy with two years of experience as a Store Keeper in medical stores. The maximum age limit is 27 years.

Personal Assistant

Candidates should have passed Class 12th from a recognized Board and qualify the prescribed skill test. The skill test includes dictation for 10 minutes at 80 words per minute and transcription on computer in 50 minutes for English or 65 minutes for Hindi. The maximum age limit is 27 years.

Attendant-Medical

Candidates should have passed Class 12th in the Science stream. The maximum age limit is 27 years.

Incinerator Operator

Candidates should have passed Class 10th with an ITI certificate course or equivalent certificate from a recognized institute. The maximum age limit is 27 years.

BMHRC Recruitment 2026 Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 30 years for Group B posts and generally 27 years for Group C posts, subject to the post-wise eligibility conditions mentioned in the notification. The crucial date for determining age, qualification and experience is 16 October 2026.

Age Relaxation

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years
  • PwBD + OBC: 13 years
  • PwBD + SC/ST: 15 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: 3 years after deduction of military service from the actual age

Other age relaxation provisions are applicable to eligible Central Government civilian employees and specified categories as per Government rules.

BMHRC Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

Eligible candidates will be required to appear for an Online Computer Based Test (CBT). After the CBT and document verification, wherever applicable, BMHRC will prepare the merit list for each category of post. There will be no interview for these Group B and Group C non-gazetted posts.

For the Personal Assistant post, a skill test is also applicable as specified in the advertisement.
