AWTM Ichapur Eligibility 2026
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have Matriculation along with a National Trade Certificate (NTC) or National Apprentice Certificate (NAC) issued by the National Council of Training in Vocational Trades (NCTV T), as prescribed for the relevant trade.

The age limit for General candidates is 18 to 35 years as on the last date of receipt of application.

AWTM Ichapur Salary 2026
Contractual employees will receive a consolidated monthly salary consisting of Basic Pay as per the existing CPC Level-1 and Dearness Allowance as per Government rules.
The remuneration is calculated at the rate of 1/30th of the basic pay of the relevant pay scale plus Dearness Allowance for 8 hours of work per day.
An annual increase of 3% on Basic Pay may be granted during the tenure, subject to satisfactory performance.
AWTM Ichapur Application Fee 2026
The application fee is Rs. 100/-.
SC/ST, Ex-Serviceman and Physically Handicap candidates are exempted from the application fee. The fee is payable through Demand Draft in favour of Ordnance Factories Institute of Learning, Ishapore.

AWTM Ichapur Contract Duration 2026
The engagement will initially be for one year. If required by the company, the tenure may be extended up to a maximum of two years, consisting of the original one-year period and one-year extension, subject to appraisal and review.
