Employees will also get an annual increment of 3%, 18 days of earned leave and 10 days of casual leave per annum, PF, gratuity, and in-patient medical treatment for self and family (spouse and up to two living children) during the engagement period. AVNL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

Selection follows a different path depending on the post level:

  1. Junior Technician posts: Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by a qualifying Trade Test. Final merit is based solely on CBT marks; the trade test only confirms suitability.
  2. Junior Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager posts: CBT (85% weightage) followed by an Interview (15% weightage, out of 50 marks). Final merit combines both.
  3. Senior Manager, Deputy General Manager, Additional General Manager, Consultant posts: No written test. Candidates are assessed through presentation, experience, expertise, and an interview.

Candidates who qualify the CBT are called for interview/trade test in a 1:3 ratio (post to candidates) based on merit within each category, though AVNL may revise this ratio depending on the number of qualifiers.

The Computer Based Test is an objective, multiple-choice paper of 100 marks with no negative marking, divided into two parts:
