A total of 389 vacancies have been announced for Manager and Junior Executive posts in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Architecture, Law, Fire Services, Operations, Commercial, Corporate Planning, Corporate Communications, Survey and Cartography disciplines.

Important Qualification Conditions
- The prescribed qualification must be obtained from a recognized university or institution.
- The required final result must have been declared on or before 07 September 2026.
- Candidates whose qualifying result is awaited are not eligible.
- The date of declaration of the final result or issue of the mark sheet will be treated as the date of acquiring the qualification.
- Degrees obtained through recognized open and distance learning modes may be considered where applicable.
- A professional law degree must be from an institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- Candidates must enter the percentage of marks calculated up to two decimal places.
- Candidates with CGPA or similar grading must convert it into percentage according to university rules.
Work Experience Conditions
Experience prescribed for Manager posts must be post-qualification experience and should be obtained from one of the following types of organizations:
- Central Government
- State Government
- Public Sector Undertakings
- Large private-sector organizations
- Recognized institutions
- Listed companies
- Companies having more than 250 employees
- Companies with an annual turnover exceeding ₹250 crore
For Manager Law, experience from a large law firm may be accepted where the firm has an annual turnover exceeding ₹10 crore during the relevant years.

Selection Process
The selection process for AAI Manager and Junior Executive Recruitment 2026 will vary according to the post. The recruitment stages may include:

Computer-Based Test
- An objective-type Computer-Based Test will be conducted for all 15 posts.

Selection Process for Manager Posts
Applicants for post codes 1 to 11 will undergo the following stages:

The final merit list for Manager posts will be prepared based on performance in the Computer-Based Test and interview, subject to qualifying all other prescribed stages.
Selection Process for Junior Executive Posts
Applicants for post codes 12 to 15 will undergo a Computer-Based Test followed by application verification and any subsequent test prescribed for the concerned post.
The final selection will be subject to document verification, meeting the eligibility conditions and passing the applicable medical examination.
Manager Fire Services Selection Process
Candidates applying for Manager Fire Services will undergo additional tests after application verification:

Only candidates who qualify in the prescribed physical and driving tests will be allowed to appear for the interview.
Manager Fire Services Training and Bond
Candidates selected for Manager Fire Services will undergo training and will receive basic pay and other admissible allowances during the training period.
Selected candidates will have to execute a surety bond of ₹5 lakh to serve Airports Authority of India for three years after completion of training.

Reservation Certificate Requirements
OBC Non-Creamy Layer Certificate
OBC candidates must produce a valid OBC Non-Creamy Layer Certificate issued during Financial Year 2026-27 in the Central Government format. State-list OBC certificates or certificates issued for educational admission will not be accepted.
EWS Certificate
EWS candidates must produce an Income and Asset Certificate valid for Financial Year 2026-27 in the prescribed Central Government format.
SC and ST Certificate
SC and ST candidates must possess a valid caste certificate issued by the competent authority on or before 07 September 2026.
PwBD Certificate
PwBD candidates must produce a valid disability certificate issued on or before 07 September 2026. The certificate should be generated through the Swavalamban or UDID portal and clearly mention the type and percentage of disability.
Scribe and Compensatory Time
Eligible candidates with writing limitations may avail of a scribe or compensatory time according to the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act and the conditions specified in the advertisement.
Candidates eligible for compensatory time will receive 20 additional minutes for every hour of examination, subject to submitting the prescribed medical certificate and selecting the facility in the online application.
