Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- The applicant must possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent from a recognized university.
- The applicant must have proficiency in computers, including Word Processing and Spreadsheets.
- The applicant must have passed Matriculation with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects, or must have passed 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.
- The applicant must fulfill the qualification conditions on or before 23 June 2026.

The age limit as on 01 January 2026 is 18 to 42 years for General category candidates.

Selection Process
The selection process includes a Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by a Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) of qualifying nature, and checking of original testimonials/interaction.

- Duration of exam: 2 hours.
- There will be negative marking of 1/4 mark for each wrong objective answer.
- Candidates must secure 33 marks in each subject and at least 40 marks in aggregate to qualify.
- Subjective English portion will be checked only for candidates who secure 33 or more marks in General Knowledge.
Computer Proficiency Test (Qualifying Only)
- Part-I: Spreadsheet Test of 10 marks and 10 minutes duration. Minimum qualifying marks: 4 out of 10.
- Part-II: Computer Typing Test in English at 30 words per minute.
- CPT marks will not be counted for final merit.
Salary
The salary, pay and allowances of selected candidates will be governed by the latest rules and instructions issued by the Government of Haryana and adopted for the Subordinate Courts of Haryana from time to time.
