The original Demand Draft must be attached with the application form. Applications submitted without the prescribed Demand Draft will be rejected. The fee will not be refunded if the recruitment is subsequently cancelled.
PMBI Recruitment 2026 Contract Period
All appointments are purely contractual and are not against permanent vacancies. The initial contract will be for three years and may or may not be extended depending on performance.
There will be an initial six-month observation period during the first year of the contract. During this observation period, the contract may be terminated with seven days' notice if the performance is not found satisfactory or for any other reason.
During the normal contractual period, the contract may be terminated by giving 30 days' notice or 30 days' remuneration in lieu thereof as provided in the terms and conditions.
PMBI Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The PMBI selection procedure consists of three stages:
- Initial Screening
- Written Examination
- Personal Interaction-cum-Interview
Stage 1 - Initial Screening
The prescribed application form and attached qualification, experience and other documents will be checked against the eligibility criteria. Only candidates found eligible during screening will be called for the Written Examination.
Stage 2 - Written Examination
Screened eligible candidates will be called for a Written Examination. The examination will assess:
- English language writing skills;
- Knowledge of the subject matter relevant to the post; and
- General Knowledge.
The date, time, examination centre and detailed syllabus will be communicated to eligible candidates through their registered email addresses.
Stage 3 - Personal Interaction-cum-Interview
A reasonable number of candidates who qualify the Written Examination will be called for Personal Interaction-cum-Interview. Selection will be based on credentials and performance in the interview, and offers will be issued to suitable candidates in order of merit.
