UKMSSB Health Worker Notification 2025 : Age Limits (As On 01 July 2025)

• Minimum Age limit : 18 Years
• Maximum Age limit : 42 Years
• Age Relaxation is Applicable as per Rules.

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must have successfully completed the educational qualification and the Basic Health Worker (Female) training course (including 06 months of maternity training) as determined by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi from time to time.
• The candidate must be duly registered with the Uttarakhand Nurses and Midwives Council.

How to Apply UKMSSB Health Worker Online Form 2025

• The candidate should visit the board's website www.ukmssb.org.
• Click on "Apply Now" on the website.
• For online application, go to "Click Here" next to Health Worker (FEMALE) Examination- 2025 and continue.
• Candidates should visit the board's website www.ukmssb.org to properly view the advertisement. The online application form will be available on the Uttarakhand Medical Service Selection Board website from November 20, 2025, at www.ukmssb.org.
• The last date for filling the online application form, attaching necessary documents, and depositing the fee is December 10, 2025 (till 05.00 PM).
• Candidates are cautioned to apply only after fulfilling all the conditions of the advertisement.
• Applications of candidates who do not possess the relevant qualification for the concerned post by the last date of application will not be considered by the board.
• Application forms will not be accepted through offline/hardcopy means.
• Incomplete/partial online application forms will not be accepted.
• Fill the online application form displayed on the website correctly according to the terms of the advertisement and follow the instructions shown on the website.
• After completely filling the online application form, carefully check the entries. If in doubt about the filled entries or in case of any error, click on "Continue" at the end of the application form and fill all the entries again. If the filled entries are absolutely correct, click on "I Agree" at the end of the application form.
• After filling the entries as per the website instructions, the candidate will see their application form with all details, in which the candidate will have to upload their scanned photograph (not more than 50KB) and signature in JPG FORMAT (not more than 50KB).
