Technical Posts
The qualification differs according to the Technical post. Technical Assistant and Research Assistant posts require a relevant Postgraduate Degree with at least Second Division and the prescribed experience. Laboratory Technician posts require a relevant postgraduate qualification. The written examination contains 120 objective-type questions and is conducted for two hours. There is no negative marking. Candidates obtaining at least 30% in the written examination are considered for skill/practical examination based on merit.

For the Peon post, the recruitment process consists of a 100-mark written examination, 30-mark skill/practical examination and applicable experience component.
