TCIL Notification 2025 : Age Limits (As On 01 July 2025)
- Team Lead, Technician, Designer, Engineer: Max 45 years
- Rigger, Helper (IBS/Telecom/Civil/OSP): Max 40 years
- Civil Engineer: Max 50 years
- Junior Optical Fiber Technician: Max 35 years

Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant educational qualification as per post (Secondary School, Diploma, ITI, Graduate, B.E/B.Tech based on post)
- Mandatory experience ranges from 1-2 years for most technical roles
- Skills such as network design, installation, testing, troubleshooting, coordination, planning, fiber splicing, RF and civil works required per post
- Knowledge of English mandatory; Arabic communication is preferable for most posts
- Preference for candidates with Gulf/KSA experience and additional certifications/skills
- EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) knowledge required for technical/civil roles
- Candidates must be below the specified maximum age for each post (see table above)

Salary
- SAR 2,000 to SAR 4,000 per month as per the post
- Free accommodation (sharing), transport from camp to work site, and free medical insurance (as per Saudi norms)
- Paid annual leave of 30 days

- Initial shortlisting based on applications and qualifications
- Online interview for shortlisted candidates via WhatsApp/VC app
- Selection subject to visa formalities and project requirements
- Bond and security deposit required before joining/project assignment
