SVSU Notification 2025 : Age Limits (As On 01 July 2025)

• The maximum age limit for the post of Skill Assistant Professor will be as prescribed by PCI.

Eligibility Criteria

• The required qualifications and relevant experience etc. for eligibility shall be determined as on the last date of receipt of application as enclosed at Annexure A.

How to Apply SVSU Offline Form 2025

• The filled application form must be signed on each page by the applicant. • The last date for submission of applications is 02-12-2025.

Important Instructions

• Qualifications must be from recognized institutions; fake degrees not accepted. 5% relaxation in marks for SC/ST/BC-A/B/PwD candidates of Haryana.
• Ph.D. holders (before 19 Sept 1991) get 5% relaxation in Master’s marks. NET/SLET/SET not required for courses where these are not conducted.
• Ph.D./M.Phil period not counted as teaching/research experience. Minimum qualification ≠ selection guarantee; shortlisting per PCI norms. Written/Skill test may be conducted; 40% (Gen), 38% (SC/ST/PwD) required to qualify.
• Interview ratio: 1:15 for first post, increasing gradually for more posts. Syllabus and test structure available on the University website.
• Ph.D. certificates (post-2009) must comply with UGC 2009/2016 Regulations. Proof of research papers and journals must be attached with valid documents.
• CGPA must be converted to marks with proper proof. Reservation as per Haryana Govt. norms; valid category certificates mandatory.
• Reserved category applicants of other states treated as General category. Category once chosen cannot be changed after submission.
• All original certificates must be produced at interview/verification. Vacancies may increase/decrease or be cancelled anytime.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending test/interview. Fake or false documents will lead to cancellation and legal action.
• Distance education degrees must be recognized by DEC-IGNOU. Experience counted only after essential qualification; proof (PF/Bank/Form 16) required.
• Keep checking University website for updates — no newspaper notice will be given.
• Contractual employees not entitled to regular benefits; no claim for regularization. University may cancel, revise, or modify the process anytime.
• Disputes fall under Palwal Court jurisdiction only. Selected candidates must submit an affidavit (Annexure-B) before joining.
• Signed hard copy of application with self-attested documents must reach the given address by 02.12.2025.
