SBI Relationship Manager Notification 2025 : Age Limits (As On 01 July 2025)

• Minimum Age limit : 35 Years
• Maximum Age limit : 45 Years
• Age Relaxation is Applicable as per Rules.

Eligibility Criteria

• Relationship Manager (Mutual Fund): MBA/ MS/ PGDBM/ PGDBA in Finance (From a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. Of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies).
• Relationship Manager (Insurance Sector): MBA/ MS/ PGDBM/ PGDBA in Finance (From a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. Of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies).
• Relationship Manager (Stock Brokering & FII/FPI): MBA/ MS/ PGDBM/ PGDBA in Finance (From a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. Of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies).

Salary

1. Annual CTC Upper Range

• RM (Mutual Fund): Rs. 50 Lakhs
• RM (Insurance Sector): Rs. 50 Lakhs
• RM (Stock Brokering & FII/FPI): Rs. 50 Lakhs

Mode Of Selection

• Shortlisting:

  Mere fulfilling the minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right to candidate for being called for interview.
  The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for interview.
  The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

• Interview: Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

• Merit List:

  Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in interview only.
  In case more than one candidate score the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit list.

How to Apply SBI Relationship Manager Online Form 2025

• Candidates should have valid Email ID which should be kept active till the declaration of result. It will help him/her in getting call letter/ interview advice etc. by email
• Candidates will be required to register themselves online through the link available on SBI website https://sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings and pay the application fee using Internet Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card/ UPI etc
• Candidates should first scan their latest photograph and signature. Online application will not be registered unless candidate uploads his/ her photo and signature as specified on the online registration page (under ‘How to Upload Document”).
• After registering online, the candidates are advised to take a printout of the system generated online application form.
• Candidates seeking Age relaxation are required to submit copies of necessary certificates at the time of document verification. No change in category of any candidate is permitted after registration of online application.

Important Instructions

• Apply online only through the SBI careers website; no other mode accepted.
• Registration completes only after fee payment. Apply early do not wait for the last date.
• Details filled in the application cannot be changed after submission. Valid email ID and mobile number must remain active for communication.
• Candidates can be posted/transferred anywhere in India. All updates/corrigendum/results will be available only on the SBI website — no separate notice.
• Upload required documents; incomplete applications will NOT be considered. Eligibility is provisional until documents are verified.
• Appointment is subject to verification of certificates, references, medical check, and background check. Age/fee relaxation requires valid certificate; otherwise not considered.
• Candidates with adverse character/antecedent report are not eligible. Multiple applications: only the last valid application will be considered; earlier fees will be forfeited.
• SBI may change/cancel the recruitment process/vacancies at any time. False information or impersonation will lead to cancellation and legal action.
• Interview venue is decided by SBI; no requests accepted. Candidates not meeting eligibility at interview stage will not be allowed and will not receive travel reimbursement.
• In tie marks, candidates are ranked based on age (older first). Govt./PSU employees must produce NOC at interview.
• Candidates with unpaid loan/credit defaults are NOT eligible unless dues are cleared before joining.
