National Projects Construction Corporation Limited (NPCC), a Mini Ratna Category-I Government of India Enterprise, has invited online applications for 52 contractual posts including Site Engineer, Sr. Associate, Jr. Engineer and Assistant posts. NPCC Recruitment 2026 Salary
The monthly consolidated remuneration ranges from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 33,750, depending on the post.

NPCC will also bear the employer's contribution towards Provident Fund at 12%. A fixed Medical Allowance of Rs. 1,250 per month will also be paid for all the posts.
An additional amount of 12.5% of consolidated remuneration is admissible to contractual employees posted in the North East Region. An additional 5% of consolidated remuneration is admissible to contractual employees posted in Bangalore.

NPCC Recruitment 2026 Experience
The advertisement requires relevant post-qualification experience where applicable. For the Sr. Associate (OS)-Law post, the required experience is specifically stated as NIL.
Only experience gained after declaration of the result or issue of the final-year/final-semester marksheet, provisional certificate or degree, whichever is earlier, will be counted towards the required experience up to the cut-off date. Post-qualification experience must be in the relevant field.

The selected candidates will initially be engaged on a short-term contract basis for one year. The contract may be extended further depending on project requirements, satisfactory performance and mutual consent of the concerned employee.

The selection procedure will be decided by NPCC depending on the response received against the advertised posts. The selection may be conducted through a Personal Interview or any other appropriate method decided by NPCC.
Final selection will be based on performance in the interview or other appropriate selection method. Selected candidates will subsequently receive an Offer of Appointment.
