- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/EWS (MP domicile): 5 years
- Maximum age after all relaxations: 45 years

Eligibility Criteria
- For Plant Assistant – Mechanical: High School passed and regular ITI Trade Certificate (SCVT/NCVT) in Machinist/ Fitter/ Welder/ HP Welder/ Mechanic Pump/ Mechanic Vehicle/ Motor Mechanic/ Diesel Mechanic with minimum 65% marks for UR/OBC, 60% for regular employees of successor companies, 55% for SC/ST/EWS/PwD (MP domicile).
- For Plant Assistant – Electrical: High School passed and regular ITI Trade Certificate (SCVT/NCVT) in Electrician/ Wireman/ Electronics/ Instrumentation with minimum 65% marks for UR/OBC, 60% for regular employees of successor companies, 55% for SC/ST/EWS/PwD (MP domicile).

Salary
- Pay Scale: Rs. 25300-80500
- Training Period: 9 months
- During training, stipend as per rules.
- After training, regular pay in the scale.

Mode Of Selection
- Selection based on marks obtained in Computer Based Test (CBT).
- CBT will be of 100 marks with multiple choice questions.
- Merit list prepared based on CBT scores.
- Document verification for shortlisted candidates.
