Metro Railway Kolkata Notification 2025 : Age Limits (As On 01 July 2025)

• Minimum Age limit : 15 Years
• Maximum Age limit : 24 Years
• Age Relaxation is Applicable as per Rules.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board and must possess National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.

Salary

• Stipend as per extant provisions of Apprentices Act, 1961 (Rate: ₹1800/- per month for Grade Pay ₹1800 equivalent posts)

Mode Of Selection

• Selection will be on the basis of merit prepared taking the average of the percentage marks obtained by the candidates in both Matriculation (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) and ITI examination giving equal weightage to both.
