IRCON Airport Operation Expert Notification 2025 : Age Limits

• Maximum Age limit : 50 Years
• Age Relaxation is Applicable as per Rules.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate Should Posses MBA or Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum Five years of professional experience in Airport Operations.
• Candidate shall review & coordinate for maintaining ASQ / Service Quality Requirements, handling airport Operations (both in Terminal Building & Airside Management), O&M / OMD at Airport.

Salary

• Fixed consolidated Pay: Rs.1,00,000/- per month.

Important Instructions

• Selection will be through walk-in interviews as per the given schedule.
• No allowances will be provided beyond the fixed pay.
• Posts are purely contractual for IRCON’s Jaipur Airport Project (up to 3 years or project completion) and do not provide any claim for regular job or absorption.
• Contract employees must take a medical insurance policy of ₹3 lakh (including Covid-19); premium up to ₹4,000 will be reimbursed upon submission of documents.
• PF will be deducted as per EPF rules, with matching contribution by IRCON; payable on contract completion.
• One leave per month; leave can be carried forward but not encashed. No other leave allowed.
• Weekly off and public holidays will be provided when the project office is closed.
• Working hours and off-days will follow project timings.
• TA/DA will be provided for approved outstation duties.
• No perks or benefits other than those mentioned above.
• Providing false or non-eligible information may lead to cancellation of candidature at any stage.
• Ex-contract IRCON employees (whose contracts ended due to project closure) may apply with termination letter; this will be treated as a fresh appointment.
• Candidates currently working or not working can apply if they meet required qualifications and experience.
• Number of posts may change; IRCON may increase, decrease, modify, or cancel the requirement at any time without explanation.
