Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma candidates must have registered their names at https://www.nats.education.gov.in. Non-registered candidates are likely to be rejected.
• The candidates who have passed their Diploma degree in the year 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 are eligible to apply. Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination earlier than 2021 are not eligible.
• Those candidates who have completed the qualifying examination as regular candidates are only eligible to apply.
• Diploma degree holders who had training or job experience for a period of one year or more after attaining the essential qualifications shall NOT be eligible for being engaged as an apprentice under the act.

Salary

• Rs 10900/- Per Month

• Selection will be made on the basis of Written Test/ Personal Interview/ Both for shortlisted candidates after document verification.

How to Apply DRDO ITR Technician Apprentice Walk in 2025

• A Walk-in-interview will be held at Integrated Test Range (ITR), Chandipur on 19-11-2025 at 1300 hrs for selection and engagement of Technician Apprentice (Diploma) on purely temporary basis.
• Interested eligible candidates, who are Indian national and fulfill the below eligibility conditions, may report between 1200 hrs to 1300 hrs on 19-11-2025 for Walk-in-Interview at Integrated Test Range, Chandipur-756025, Balasore (Odisha) with all certificates/documents in original in support of their qualifications/age/caste/experience(s) and duly completed application in the enclosed prescribed PROFORMA with a recent colour passport photograph pasted on it, along with one self-attested photocopy of each testimonials/certificates.

Important Instructions

• All communication, including offer letter, will be sent via email only.
• Training period will be 12 months from the date of signing the apprenticeship contract.
• Selected candidates must submit a medical fitness certificate at joining.
• Credentials will be verified; any mismatch leads to rejection.
• No TA/DA will be provided at any stage of selection.
• Selected candidates must sign a 12-month apprenticeship contract as per the Apprentices Act, 1961.
• Candidates must ensure they meet eligibility criteria before applying.
• ITR is not obligated to offer employment after training completion.
• Suppression of facts will result in disqualification.
• ITR may increase or decrease the number of apprenticeship seats.
• Canvassing or personal influence will lead to cancellation of candidature.
• ITR may cancel or withdraw the advertisement/selection at any time.
• Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the High Court of Odisha, Cuttack.
• No accommodation, quarters, or transport facilities will be provided during written test/interview/training.
