Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc Nursing (with integrated BPCCHN, 2021 or later, WB Nursing Council recognized), OR
- GNM/Post Basic B.Sc/B.Sc Nursing (before 2021, WB Nursing Council recognized), OR
- BAMS from recognized university/institute
- Registration/provisional certificate from relevant council (WBNC or Ayurved Parisad)
- Proficiency in Bengali/local dialect
- Competency in MS Office/Internet (desirable)

Salary
- Consolidated Remuneration: ₹20,000/- per month
- Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): up to ₹5,000/- per month (as per NHM guidelines)
- During CPCH Training: ₹10,000/- per month stipend (for GNM/B.Sc/BAMS)
