Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Shall be a Matriculate (10th Pass)
• Other Eligibility: Ability to read and write the local language (Marathi) preferred
• Experience: Not mandatory
• Health: Should be of sound health

Age Limit (as on 01.11.2025)

• Minimum: 22 Years
• Maximum: 40 Years
• Age relaxation applicable as per Government norms (if any)

Salary & Contract Details

• Contract Amount: ₹14,000/- per month (Fixed)
• Leave: 15 days per year (max 2 days per month)
• Travelling Allowance: As fixed by the bank from time to time
• Contract Period: 1 year (renewable based on performance)

Job Profile (Key Responsibilities)

• General assistance to Director/Faculty & office work
• Up-keeping of premises (office, training classrooms, dormitory, bathrooms, canteen, etc.)
• Assisting Director/Faculty in day-to-day activities
• Helping in documentation, filing, visitor lounge maintenance
• Going to bank branches for work like passbook updating
• Any other work assigned by the Director
